Just did my first pumping session !
So I got this pump from Ali :
It goes all the way to -55kpa (16Hg). The thing is, it only has two modes:
1- Automatic (Press one button it starts, press the other it stops, but slowly releasing).
2-Manual mode, fixed with 4 options
-30kpa (8.8Hg)
-38kpa (11.2Hg)
-46kpa (13.5Hg)
-55kpa (16Hg)
Now, TP wisdom tells me to stay the hell away from mode 2, so I’m gonna be sticking to mode 1.
Thing is, I wanna do it properly and stick to 3-4Hg, so I fire it up, it quickly starts sucking and when it gets close to 15 I stop. Usually I get it between 15-17 to stop (4.4-5Hg).
It drops down 1kpa every second, so that means I go from 17 to 10 and have to fire it up again back to 15-17. I got a bit annoyed and ended up letting it drop a bit more to 8 (2.2Hg) so I had to press it less times.
I am going to shave again, check lube, check if its not a seal problem of some kind, but in case that’s just how the pump works, do you think this cycling will affect the workout?
