I do not like the cylinder I received with my “Smart LCD iPump Penis Pump Kit | 8 or 9 Inch Cylinder.” I ordered their premium silicone sleeves but it still hurt too much to made a habit of. So I ordered the “Adapter | iPump Vacuum Pump Head Units -to- 1/4” Hose Quick-Disconnect Cups & Cylinders - Black / Adapter ” and am using it with a LA Pump cylinder.
