Just got the LeLuv Pump

I just got a LeLuv Pump with a gauge. I have owned a Bathmate x30 for a few years, using it off and on. getting some length and girth gains. I am really trying to focus on length gains and I heard the air pump is a better way to gauge things and it is better for length with the ability to get the right diameter pump size. I now have more time available and am getting back into PE and pumping. I have been using a extender for about a month about 2 to 4 hours like 4 days a week. Can I get some tips and info on what my approach should be for the best session of pumping and to gain length and grow fuller. I’ve read that in order to grow length first you have to pack the pump.

Start slow to make sure your penis is conditioned for vacuum.

Start at -5inHg for 5 minutes. If comfortable add minutes the following day, if not, reduce vacuum to -3inHg and stay there until comfortable and then add minutes. Once you get to 10 minutes and are comfortable, add a second session.

Wrap a heat pad around the cylinder for constant heat.

Only wash an acrylic cylinder with warm water and soap.

Quick tips to prevent leaks: dry skin does not seal very well so lube up base shaft. Trim pubes around base where cylinder will be. Make sure all connections are secure.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Diddy24, may I ask did those girth gains in your signature come from bathmate alone? Hats a lot of girth in a short time..

Thanks for the plan, 32Quarters. When you say build up to 10 minutes and then add 2nd session. do you mean back to back sessions, like do 5 to 10 minutes and then take out and rest for a minute and then do another 5 to 10 minute pump, or 2 a days so like one in morning and one at night? Also what is a good heating pad you recommend? I do need a good heat pad I usually try to do a warm up with a hot hand towel wrapped around but my apartment does not have very good hot water for very long, I can only take like 5 minute showers with good hot water. So it is hard to get a good hot towel to warm up and be fully stretched and flexible tissue. Thanks.

@Rinnegan I have done mostly pumping and I have tried doing manual stretching and like bundled stretches and all that stuff fowfers and stuff, it is hard to be consistent with that for me and have good sessions to keep on doing it. Back when i started in 2016 in my signature. I think i measured correctly with a string measuring tape, but maybe not perfect exactly, but it has definitely grown. I have not measured in a long time. I can tell it is getting girthier I have also done a good amount of clamping and then I also use a cock ring after pumping and throughout the day in sessions until it is not comfortable and then take it off and put back on later. probably like two 2-3 hour sessions. Like 3 days a week, I do need to figure out a schedule to get rest I feel like I have for sure over worked myself and need to rest. I try to use cock ring even if not pumping so I don’t think I should do that, I think my dick needs a rest. LOL but I’m not an expert in that. But yes I have for surely gained a good amount, I can definitely tell. That is why I am trying to focus on Length. If I could gain an inch then I would be real happy.

It’s all about what your penis can hangle without over stressing. Morning / afternoon to start, then over time you can shift to session 1, break, session 2, etc. By then you’ll be able to know what your dick can or cannot handle and can make adjustments as necessary.

Heat for warmup is good, constant heat is better. A basic 8x20 heat pad runs about $20 about anywhere. FIR heat pads are the newest technology and have shown to be very good for getting the heat deep into the tissue, but are much more expensive ($70 and up) so may want to hold off for a bit.

I’ve got the leluv pump as well. Does the auto mode work well? It pumps up and releases without holding at pressure. And it does that over and over for 20 mins. Should I start using that mode?

I would be interested in the result. I recall that there have been proponents of that sort of pulse/release pumping. I know there at one time was a device (by CTC?) that looked like it used a larger version of the brake bleeder cylinder to cycle with a pump/release method. That was large and bulky as I recall. But the theory was that the pressurized stretch, release and repeat would better nudge length, versus a pump and hold. I suppose one could experiment as well with a pump, hold for a second or two, then release/repeat. Keep us posted!

1. Pump and hold for 5-10mins.
2. Release
3. Repeat 2 or 3 times
4. 5 min break
5. Repeat steps 1-3

2 or 3 times a week
Pumping on and off for several years. More consistently as of late.
Usually around 20kpa.

And I had just upped the amount of time in that post and I’ve gotten a small amount of petechiae a few times since then so I’ve been considering dropping back on duration. But I don’t really get edema or donuting

I actually found a very good alternative for Europeans.
Thermrup a German maker of FIR pads which allows to buy only the heating element 26x8cm for 20 bucks shipping out.
Heating element for heat belt USB operation - Thermrup

You only need an USB female/male cord as the initial cable is pretty short but the Pad is really high quality, IMO far better and consistant than the thermedic one (which i also own).

Ah Okay I see, I pump 1-2 every day lol, but on the pressure scale I usually however between 3-4, selsomly 5 Hg. Some go up to 10Hg and I simply dont get how… I’ve had a few instances where my member looked and felt like it was about to burst in there and this kind of scared me so theres that.
Forgive me for my ineptitude but u say 20kpa, this is a leluv pump right, so what number is this on the scale (Hg)?
