Kaplan pump shipped from US to Canada

I am looking at getting a Dr Kaplan Pump from a company based in the Us though I live in Canada. The prices are $60 -65 US plus postage through 2 online companies, Dr Kaplan Pumps and JN Outlet. Has anyone in Canada ordered these pumps from these distributors?? If so, what was your experience?? Just a little scared of having customs slap me with a duty charge for my new penis pump! Otherwise, is there anywhere in Canada that’s offering them at such a reasonable price?? I can’t find it if there is! Any feedback on how good the pump is??

The major objection I have to the Kaplan pump is the shape, which is tapered toward the top. It increases the possibility that you can wind up packing the head before the shaft has reached full expansion.

My other objection is that the pump is a cheap plastic pump. I prefer the Harborfreight metal pump with a Vacutech thickwall cylinder . You would need to buy a male adapter, either from Vacutech or another source like McMaster-Carr; part number 5012K251. LAPump also seems popular among members here.
