LA pump balls and cock LG cylinders cracking

Not sure why both my LAP ball and cock tubes 3 1/4” and 2 3/4” are showing cracking along the sides, have not been dropped and washed with dish detergent only. I don’t use heat. I do water based lubes but use a momentary high Hg (15-20 ~then release to low 5-7) and was wondering if anyone knows if these are not thick enough for doing this. Don’t want to reinvest in replacing them with the same if they are needing thicker walls!

My LeLuv tube has a network of fine cracks (fracture planes, stress marks?). With the light at the right angle, it looks like a smashed windshield. Though I did wipe it down with alcohol a couple of times.

Other than the cosmetic effect, it doesn’t seem to have hurt anything.

-20”Hg is a lot of pressure for a thin walled cylinder of that diameter. When you order new ones, I’d definitely go with a thick wall
