I think LA Pumps cylinders are great but their sizing chart is completely off. I have no idea what the Hell they’re thinking but it’s just flat out wrong. Sorry you had to learn that the hard way. Guess you’re stuck with it, just don’t get stuck in it. You’re going to need at least a 2" cylinder. I think a 2.125" would be even better for ya but unfortunately LAP doesn’t make cylinders in 1/8" increments as far as I know.
The diameter of anything with a 5.5 inch circumference is 1.750 inches. So tell me how they come up with a guy needing a 1.75" ID cylinder that is 5.5" in circumference? I think I’ll shoot them and email and ask. Think I’ll get an answer?

Their chart is nuts. Yours is 100% accurate. I shot them an email about this. I’m dying to see what they say. I didn’t leave them much wiggle room. Hey, they don’t give us any at all with their chart…lol. They either believe you should pack a cylinder (and I’d love to hear the reasoning for that) or their math is very bad.

I have 5.5” girth and am using a 1.75 cylinder pumping for length. It works good for me, I lube up semi erect and take it to 5inhg vacuum and hold for about a minute, then release. I pull out completely and re-lube then go back in and back to 5inhg for 15 minutes
