I have been having conflicting pumping results recently that has me wondering if lymph build up is all that bad.
One of my PI’s I like to go by is how long my post pump size stays with me.
Whenever I pump to just under my lymph threshold I can retain a good post pump size for about 8 - 12 hours.
If I overdo it though and get lymph build up(not a lot, but considerably more than my above posted example) then I can retain a good post pump size for around 12 - 20 hours(sometimes 24 hours).
And when I say good post pump size, I am refering to the expansion/measurement of my CC, not lymph/skin size that stays for a little while right after pumping.
There is no noticeable difference in erectile strength if I do either, so I’m inclined to believe in my case, lymph isn’t a bad thing(within reason).
Concerning lymph, I also like to reference supersizeit’s past experiences in which he has stated in his old threads that he would pump to the point of having lymph build up, but it was not detrimental to his gains. And he had some awesome gains when he was actively pumping.
