Mityvac pumps from auto parts yea or nay ?

Has anyone been using this mighty vac bought at an automotive part store ? I think the pump in and of itself is way sturdy, yet I’m not sure it will connect to the cylinder whether it’d be from Vacutech or LA pumps. The Mityvach kit comes with a rubber hose yet I don’t think it has the proper connector to hook up the cylinders from Vacutech or LA pumps.

MityVac’s bought from a auto parts store have lots of adaptors that come with it. They are build for surviving in an automotive world . I have own one for years being how I use to work as a mechanic and just started using it for PE a few months ago.

You can use the hose that came with the cylinder and an adaptor that came with the pump . they work great

All- Metal with the brake bleeding kit [for eventual water pumping], paid ~US$55 all in from pageauto on eBay, lightning fast delivery.

If you have a sears where you are at they carry them there for about the same price 54.99 US .all metal

Side note only use silicon lube on they so it does not screw up the seals

I got one of those a while back.

I have the non-metal one. It works well, but squeaks like Katie Morgan taking it anally.

I’ve been using one for a while now, they work great.

Since it’s a garage tool, it’s also more stealthy than your robo-vac 2000!
