My First Pumping (critique)
Well guys, my pump is scheduled to arrive tomorrow afternoon from LAPdist. I got a 10”x2” deluxe pump from them. I’m planning on going with the workout below and following the 101 vac. pumping pretty much verbadum at 4-5HG. This also incorporates another members workout (whom I can’t remember now). I’ve been doing the morning workout the past 2 or 3 weeks and my PI signs have been all positive.
Morning:
10min hot wrap warm up
15min Inverted Vstretch
10 min heating pad wrap
Night:
10min heating pad wrap
5min jelq
10min pump @4-5HG
5min jelq
10min heating pad wrap
I’m not sure if I should do all 10 min of pumping at once, or if I should break it up and do 5 minutes of pumping followed by 5 minutes jelq’ing followed by another set of that. I will also be looking for a decent wrap (maybe cotton?) since I can’t seem to find anymore TheraP wrist wraps. I have a Walgreens down the street so I’m sure I will find something. After I feel conditioned enough, I will start to incorporate a ring into the workout (maybe after a month). I can then use this after the workouts or I might use a very ligh clamp just to stay engorged; more over, this depends on how I like the wrapping.
Finally to clarify things, and forgive me if you have seen this in another post, but doesn’t the notion of wrapping after pumping seem to defeat the purpose of gaining girth as it would squeeze blood out? I imagine that your wrapping to keep your size; however, I dont’ know if this should be a “hangers” wrap or if it should be really loose etc… I haven’t found this wrapping technique while searching, but if it’s out there feel free to point.
