Ok, guys I just got my Kaplan pump in the mail. I’m ready to start making some changes. Im a pretty busy guy so I havent really been doing my be and it seems that most of the gains I had made are gone now. I am currently 5.3nbelX4.75. I am looking to reach 6.5nbel in the next three months, so wish me luck. Anyways here is my schedule. I will be following avocet8’s vacuum pumping theory religously. I will be pumping on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I choose those five days because those are the ones I am least busy on. I will start my first week by doing 1 ten minute pumping session a day. The second week I will move to 2 sessions a day. Just wondering for those who have the kaplan pump, I also got a leather strap that is supposed to worn after pumping sessions. Is this good for girth or should I do 10 uli’s in the morning and 10 uli’s in the evening like planned?

Hey M…wang: Should be just fine for now, but you’re going to have to work up to longer time for maximum gains. Add jelqing (15 minutes in morning and evening) maybe before going to sleep and not jerking off afterwards. I think that the tube must be packed before you start to gain—I’d like other opinions on this—but I began to gain length after I was able to pack the aquaium gravel tube. I’ve moved up to a paint ball tube which is too large but great for the balls. Anyhow about an hour + of time will be needed. Just move slowly with low Hg vacuum and begin to lengthen you time. Once you get a blister then it tends to blister easier each time. Use plenty of lube and split a Vitamin E and massage it into penis. GNC makes Arnicaflora which helps with the bruising which you will probably encounter sometime along the way by overpumping. Again low vacuum and longer time is the secret and a lot of jelqing. Not nearly so, if you are talking about time spent in the cylinder under pressure. You can still get good gains using short (6 - 8 minute) pump sessions - three, four of those. The reason is that when you leave the tube you allow newly oxygenated blood to infuse your penis, then you re-enter and pump up again with your tissues again well-oxygenated.

Staying for long periods in the tube does not permit much oxygenated blood to flow in. You begin after a time to be playing with a “stagnant” blood pool - the extra fatness you see in long-time pump sessions is just lymphatic fluid building up under your skin. Great, I guess, if you could duplicate that with a normal, sexual erection, but you can’t. Normal erections are blood-generated. The more you increase penile tissue mass which can hold blood, the thicker and longer your sexual erections will be.

Thanks Avocet8—My writing skills aren’t as good as yours—Total time in tube is what I meant. Generally 10minutes in tube; jelq for 5minutes and then return for about 4/5 sets would be over and hour for most guys. No body in their right mind would stay in the tube for over an hour without some major bruising and blisters and massive bloating. How do you feel about supplements like Ginko and enriched vitimins in the so called “Penis Pills”. I take them because of the added tribulus, yohimbe, L-Arginine, and other trace minerals/herbs. Sorry, Steve. Didn’t understand where you were going with the time thing.
Some of the “extreme” pumpers stay in for hours at a time but I’m sure you’ve seen the results in the pump site galleries.

I take L-arginine and maca - 3 grams each a day. Both seem to speed the occurance of erections and hardness. The L-a is especially good for increasing the frequency of nocturnal erections. These are real imporant events for general penile health.

I have been pumping on/off for a few years and I guess I’ve been doing it ALL WRONG.

Here is what I do: 15-20hg 1rst 10min-deflate pump for a few seconds and stroke penis with lotion-10-15hg for next 10min-deflate again and stroke penis for few more seconds-10-15hg for last 10min. By then my penis is huge. My penis barely comes out of the tube. It’s girth is 7 inches at smallest point. I do get a donut, but who cares, it feels great and feels great for my wife too. The length gets about 1/2 inch longer too.

I usually do this before me and my wife make love. I call it “prepping” my cock. Sex feels great and my wife loves the “full” feeling inside her.

The size gradually goes down over the course of 15-20 hours. By 24 hours later it is back to normal size.

By reading these posts, I see and know now that my penis has filled mainly with lymphatic fluid. It seems as though I should only pump 5-10hg for 10min. about 4-5 times a day for a longer lasting more permanent effect, correct?

Can I space the pumping sessions out thru the day. For example, one at 6am, 10am, 2pm, 5pm, 10pm or something like that?

I feel that I have gained about 1/2 inch of permanent length gains, totally unpumped over the last few years of doing this about 2x/week. My question is: would I gain PERMANENT GAINS faster by doing it your way??

I know this has been covered before but let me ask anyway. You mentioned the critical aspect of shorter pumping sessions, low hg in order for blood to be recirculated in the penis, I just ordered the CTC pump and was wondering if the principle of suck and release count?
The idea is the same without leaving the tube. I guess in theory I could stay longer inside the tube with suck and release electric pump… Correct me if I am wrong in this thinking.

In stead of coming out of the tube I stimulate and encourage blood flow by milking the tube. I know this works because of the feelings I experience in my cock plus the involuntary Keegles I find myself doing.

Same notion, point1.

With your pump, you should be able to do a series of inflations and deflations [erect, then not] without leaving the tube or doing any manual pumping like most of us do and maybe time those, I am not sure. Of course, if you want to combine pumping with manual exercises like jelking, you will have to come out.

These repeated sets will mimic on a shorter scale the cycles of oxygenation that we get during nocturnal erections, an especially good thing for men with ED.

Depends on your object.

Doing it your way for a few years now, have you achieved any erect gains? That is, no pumping for a day or two then measure an normal erection?
