My friend bought me a penis pump

One of my friends bought me a penis pump. I don’t know whether to be grateful or offended or both? ANYWAY.I’m going to go pick it up from her.. I was wondering if it’s possible to gain girth without becoming “spongy”? If so .. How?

Also, is there any agreed upon correct PSI for maximum gains? Or is it more just a matter of opinion?

Plus, the actual pumping bulb device is faulty and allows a back draft of air back in which eliminates all vacuum pressure. I told her to go back and get a “Colt” it was the only brand at the store that looked legit. I don’t know if it’s the right size but it did have a pressure gauge so that’s a plus.
