Need some beginners help!
Hello!
I would like some help with a few things, first I have no idea how I am suppose to start ? I would need a good program, like should I pump myself up, hold there for 20 seconds let go and keep on doing it for like 10 minutes or 20 minutes, I would like some sort of program on how to do it.
Second I want to know if having a “ring” (the thing at the bottom, don’t know what its called) that really fits me really is necessary or if you can get results with the standard one that comes with the pump.
I am 5.5 in girth and I would preferably only like go gain girth, getting a little length isn’t bad but not too much. What kind of program fits my needs ?
