Its been a while guys.

The title pretty much explains the entirety of the subject. I recently bought a vacuum pump, about a month ago now, and have been experimenting with it. With it have come enough questions for everyone. Some of them I couldn’t find answers to so I figured I’d post them here.

I had a friend that made significant gains by means of pumping, length and girth wise. He mentioned that he was also doing stretches though, so on to me. I had done manual stretching for years before this. Even during times of inactivity from Thunder’s Place I was still performing manual stretches and I gained nothing, nadda, not even temporary gains. I have one of those ‘dorsal thickenings’ described in another post. I couldn’t find it, maybe I didn’t use the search feature right or I’d link it, but I have a tough time gaining at all as a result. Since I started pumping I can say I’m a little bit longer, just a little bit. No thicker than when I started years and years ago though.

One of the first things I found is the cylinder I have is too big, I seem to have overestimated my needs just a little bit. Will this negatively effect my ability to gain? Should I get a smaller cylinder? Also, given my lack of success should I continue to stick with manual stretching while pumping?
With pumping how long before I should start to see gains? I assume they’ll be more girth than length.

Also, I’ve been experimenting with my comfort range, pressure wise, from an old post I read 4-6”hG is a good range for a cautious approach, but I’ve yet to find any personal limits, I seem to have a cast iron dick, without any of the mincing words in between it to put it simply I have not experienced anything negative, not even the little red splotches from a long session.

I would do jelq+stretching+pumping, if you like pumping.

How long to see gains? To see measurable, permanent gains, I think a few months of consistent PE are needed, once you are not a newbie anymore.

If you have a iron dick, than even more you should stick to low pressures, IMO; otherwise your penis will become a titanium dick, not just iron :) .

This is going to be my third mount of PE and for the first two mounts my routine was

5 min hot shower

25mins - Jelq

25min - Streching

5mins - hot shower

And now my third mount I’m doing 15min jelq+ 20min pumping + 25min streching.

When I start I was 6.0 NBPEL, now I’m hopping to hit 6.5 NBPEL after 3 mounts.

And I don’t know why but when I look my dick is the same like before, even that I gain 0.3-0.4inch .

In my eyes the same very small dick.

6” nbpel is a good length and well above average.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

When I started pumping I was doing a 20 minute routines at 5 hg, twice a day. After four months, I substituted one 45 minute routine once a week. I started to see gains in girth around the six month mark. Sometimes it takes longer than you think. After two years, I had gained about 1/2” in girth and after three years about 3/4”,

A correctly sized cylinder will improve the effectiveness of the session:

Base Girth —> Cylinder Diameter
3.50 to 4.50* —> 1.50
4.75 to 5.25* —> 1.75
5.50 to 6.00* —> 2.00
6.25 to 6.75* —> 2.25
7.00 to 7.50* —> 2.50
7.75 to 8.25* —> 2.75


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

Thanks guys. I’d say I’m really enjoying pumping. I don’t know why but when I first started doing it I wasn’t applying heat before. I’ve started doing that too, and just that made such a difference in it too. I don’t have as much time to devote to PE either, to do that much stretching and jelqing with it. I intend to keep doing it, but my skepticism for it being effective on me remains. For now I’m going to do stretching, then pumping, then jelqing. So right now it’s a modified v-stretch I picked up here a long time ago, it equates to about 12 minutes of stretching, then 20 minutes pumping, and then jelq for between 5 and 10 minutes.

Also, will be bumping down the cylinder size when I can.
