New To Pumping. Will Length Suffer Long Term?
From info I have gathered you should always do length work first. Hanging was always th e priority until getting to the desired length I would not do any pumping or girth work. I really want to try something new and try pumping but Iām afraid I will sacrifice long term length goals. Is it a myth that if you go for girth via pumping it will hard to go back to something like hanging to get length gains?
