Newbie routine with a pump

How old are you? Those blue lines are your small veins feeding a capillary field! Whenever you pump those fill the engorged capillaries caused by the expanded tissue. Those are the most normal of conditions and a good sign. Some bodies respond quicker to external forces faster than others dependent on physical condition. As the heart rate increases those “blue lines”, which are filled with oxygenated blood from the capillary field returning to the heart. Another good thing is to add a 50mg zinc to your diet if you are on the young side. Take it easy pumping one day and stretching the next and make sure you rest for two days in a row to heal. Start lifting weights.

I’m 26. Ok so that’s a good sign you say. I was kind of worried here lol!

I take 30 mg of zinc, that is 2 capsules of multivitamins also for extra energy from Xantha (a brand).

So far, I’ve already pumped 3 days in a row and stretched with an extender. I’ll skip pumping for today and I’ll just stretch.

But what do you mean with lifting weights? At a sport school? Or like hanging weights on my dick? :|

I dont want to start an extra thread for this so I will ask this right here:

Which pressure (HG) should be used (for a pumper beginner) for the routine that is posted in the thread “Pumping 101”?
I mean how do you know when to move to a higher pressure?

Been through it all from clear silicon tubes with marine oil suction pumps to the La Pumps with the same Harbor Freight pump. Now even making my own PVC tubes. The best vacuum (Not Pressure) to use is 5-7Hg. You should start with just enough to keep the tube on. Any more and you will bruise (Did you ever notice that old times have darker dicks). Moving up in vacuum depends on how fast your body adapts and becomes conditioned. After about 3 months or so you could move up 1/2 of a Hg (actually down is greater vacuum). When you notice that it is taking longer and longer to pump up, then time to increase vacuum. You should see a marked difference within 15-20 minutes. You could increase you total time instead of vacuum which I high recommend still taking a 2-5minute break between sets. You will be more prone to blistering and bruising at stronger vacuums. Keeping that tube warm is still an important part of pumping. Maintaining a constant erections is another factor. I use generic viagra to start erect and pump for an 1/2 hour then balls for 1/2 hour, finally finishing with two 15 minutes sets. All with a warm washcloth around a 2” PVC tube at 7Hg. Most times I run the ball pumping a little stronger vacuum and let it settle down to about 7Hg and rarely use the washcloth to keep tube warm (just too difficult keeping it wrapped) Generally using a cockring on dick while pumping balls.

Its a lot of info for a short answer. Good Luck.

First thank you for your advise. :)

I mean, I get erect, then put on the cylinder and pump until the level of desired pressure is achived.
So I do not understand what you mean by this exactly..?

What does that mean, those ‘lines’? Did i overdo it a little?

I’ve noticed that the gauge also goes a little back but slowly, if that happens, do i need to pump again even though i still have it erected?

They are simply veins in your glans that have been swollen by the pumping. It may mean that you used to high a vacuum. I would suggest that 5gG is a bit too high for the early routine. and would suggest 3.5 building up to 4. That should get rid of the blue lines. or make them less evident.

The gauge going down means that air is entering the pump. It can be caused by air eneering the nozzle if it is not screwed in tightly enugh. Fairly heavy finger tight (Using a glove or wrap round your fingers. should prove OK).

It that is done and you still have a leak then (Unless the pump is fauulty (unlikely) air is entering at the base of the tube.

Try the following.

Put some skin cream around the base of the tube and just before you wenter the tube place the base in some warm warm water for a second or two - no more) Then enter the tube and rotate the base against your skin. Hold it there while you punp and hopefully that will cure it. Come back to use if it doesn’t.

Hope that helps

Petit.

PS (Could you use I insted of i in your posts please. - Thanks! :)

Psst! The link is at the bottom of the page :bigwink:

Think I know where the leak is coming from. At the end of the cylinder where a rubber thing is. I’ll put some elastic around it and hope that should stop air from entering it.

Well I screwed it too tight, that’s why air was entering it.
