I havn’t been on these boards for a long time,and I havn’t been using the pump since 2005.I’ll go read the guidelines and make sure I follow them this time around.
Anyways,The squating seems to be working,I see alot more blood going in.When I used to pump,after I would pull out,I would get alot of “lymph” buildup, I forget, is that what it’s called?And I would get this huge bubble on my foreskin.That’s why I stopped pumping.
Now,I think this is working for me.
