No Gains Still And Mega Upset/Annoyed

Hanging is mainly for length though… any tips to get my penis thicker? The Bathmate isn’t helping :S I will try it for longer but will anything else help or just continue as is?

Hi dino.
Girth takes time to show up and it varies from person to person. Some notice increases in girth after few weeks, but most don’t. Don’t know much about hanging or “Bathmate”, but jelq is a must. You can gain length and girth with jelq, and the best of all, better erections.

Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

Add clamping, I use a bathmate hydromax xtreme x40 (frickin mouthful) and then I clamp 3 sets 11 minutes each with 5 minute breaks edging the whole time, I’m hard for about 50 minutes with all the clamping and edging but I started at like 5ish and I’m 5.3 now. I just added a second clamp ( I’d been clamping for atleast 7-8 months but just started pumping 3-4 months ago.)

Also if you are going to clamp, read up on it first please. it can be quite harmful if done incorrectly.

I see, universe wasn’t so happy with me eighter, I’m hard gainer aswell.
But from what I saw at your thread 0 Results So Far, you never PEd for more than 6 months. Not only that, you already start with a heavy routine (JP90). 6 months should be totally dedicated to conditioning, with a lighter routine (Linear Newbie Routine). So at this 6 months, forget about gains (with a close watch to your PIs, of course).

Do the Linear for few months, with constant heat and see what happens. Would not be nice to increase even further your current routine, because you ain’t gaining from it.

Keep excitement and anxiety out of the way, add/maintain a positive mindset and don’t let the numbers bother you (de-focus you mind from "I MUST GAIN AT ALL COAST").

How’s your overall health? Sleep? Outdoor exercises?

I did do PE for more than 6 month albeit changed routine.

I’m very fit and healthy otherwise. Eat clean, gym 4 times a week, cardio 4-5 times a week, sleep well and no issues generally. So no reason not to grow especially because I’m young too.

I can’t see how jelqing did not give you even the slightest gains.

I am not doubting you, I just find it weird.

Wrong technique perhaps?

Nope I watched videos, even had a coach on another forum for over a year, seriously didn’t get any gains :(

I have bought a bathmate hydromax myself. I have been using it for about 2 months now.
I think that my small gains in girth came from its use.

After some tries what I do is , I warm up for 5-10 minutes with a rice sock ( I think 2-3 minutes is very little, the core is not warmed up with 2-3 minutes) , I do 5 - 10 minutes stretching and then I do 2 bathmate seasons of 10 minutes each. (sometimes the second goes 15 minutes). Start with smaller seasons and gradually make them longer. Don’t go too fast to long times, you may get injured…

Don’t pressurize TOO HIGH in the first season, you don’t need to. Do some kegel while inside the cylinder to keep the blood circulating.
After the use of it your girth must be temporary bigger. If not then you are not using it correctly. On a season I had temporary gains (for 1 day) 0.3 in girth. I did not believe that was my dick!
And always remember to rest. I do 1on 1off or 2on 1of days.

But I think that my dick is tired of it for now. My veins are pumped like they are angry all the time haha!
Now I need longer time to get a good erection probably from the tiredness so i will go to manual jelqing for some time and later come back to it.

Starting messurements: 6.0 BPEL , 4.80 MEG ---- June/15

Milestone :7.1 BPEL , 4,85 MEG ---- June/16

Goal (Maybe??): 8.0 BPEL , 5.5 MEG

Well, I don’t know what to tell you.

All of my gains were by manuals.

I won’t play it smart. You should wait for vets to reply.

Perhaps they know something, I don’t.

I strongly believe that if anyone needs more time to get a good erection, it’s definitely overtraining.

PE in itself is a journey. The path (routine) you choose doesn’t always necessarily lead to gains right away. Try following a different road and you might just find those stairs leading you to the gains you’re striving for. I think unless you tried every jelq variation to no avail then I wouldn’t discredit manual exercises just yet.
