The three inch diameter Picturebrite tube is working fine for me for full package pumping. I have other full package pumping cylinders, but as with the regular Picturebrite cylinders, I can recommend the Picturebrite option as a cost-effective introduction to the full package pumping concept.

I’m buying a pump tomorrow, I am interested in gaining more girth to compensate a slight curve in a my unit. My question is, how many people can swear on their gains being from pumping and after how long?

I've been told there a new 'confidence' in my step!!!!
