I see quite a bit of posts negative or just frustrated with pumping.
My pump has bumped me up a level for sure.
My hang is so much better after I started pumping 4 months ago.
There are still days when my size is back to the original (sad little guy), but more and more I’m seeing a flaccid hang I can be proud of.
I’m sure most people would not be happy with my flaccid size, but when you are coming from a pretty small member to definitely noticeable flaccid hang I’m happy.
I’m growing damn it. Also seen a length bump in the last 4 months. From 6’1 -6’4.
I do take 1000-1500 of L-Arginine, but I was doing this before I got my pump.
I usually pump 5 times a week. I normally only do one session at 7-9 pressure for 10-15 minutes. Sometimes I add an extra session if I don’t feel sore or like I got a good enough “work out”.
I guess I’m trying to say hang in there, vary your routine, and listen to the advice from this board.
