I’ve been using bathmate for 3 months. When I pump, foreskin retracts naturally and I get it back covering the glans when I’m finished. It’s normal to have a minor foreskin swelling next to the frenulum, I just push it back to cover the glans, it always goes away overnight and comes back to normal the next morning. Last sunday I decided it would be a good idea to increase pressule a little higher than the one I normally use and staying with it for a little longer, too. Worst decision for my PE “career” ever. My foreskin got massively overswollen, got a donut effect, and I couldn’t push it back this time. I thought it would go away overnight or at least get a lot smaller, but it hadn’t. It’s been a whole week like this. I’m starting to get worried. It’s really unformfortable to walk around like this, the friction on my underwear hurts a lot. My erections are just fine, but I can feel my glans desensitizing from prolonged exposure already. Has this ever happened to anyone else? How long did it last?

Ouch! Massage it gently or if possible edge. Both have been proven to work for me.

Did you also get this? Was it big or just a minor swelling?

Take some time off and heal. Don’t do anything. Then in the mean time, get different pump with an air gauge so that you can monitor your levels.

You’re doing too much man and you’re going to get injured being too overzealous. In my opinion, Ditch the Bathmate bro. I did, and never looked back. It’s a much better workout and you can be more efficient as well as affective.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I went to the doctor and got checked out. The official name is edematic paraphimosis, when lympathic fluid builds up in the foreskin. Turns out he was experienced in treating people who overdid many PE exercises and ended up injured. The solution was simple: he simply pressed it, put a lot of pressure on it, with his hands, so the fluid would go back, and then retracted my foreskin back. It was nice (and relieving) to feel my dick back to normal! And I suggest an admin to feature this on the PE injuries and treatments index. Foreskin overswelling by pumps caused by lympathic fluid, the donut effect, can simply be treated by making pressure on it and manually making everything go back. The doc said this can also happens with blood, though, but when using pumps it is unlikely and it should be treated with more care (softer but longer pressure).
