Packing the tube question

I have down graded to a two inch tube. Now, after a week I can mostly pack it. How do you use packing to help? Should I stay in longer? I’m currently only doing 5 minute sessions.

Some peoples say if you stay in a packed cylinder you gain length.

I tried it too many times and the only thing I get is a massive donut so in my opinion few minutes after you pack it switch to 2.15/2.25 cylinder.

Depends on what you’re after, alexandersriver.

If you wanna pump for length, packing is the most direct way. It gives you a length pull at that point. With careful vacuum control edema can be avoided. I’ve had success with this method. Tube fit is paramount. Too large a tube, too much pressure, too much time, and you’ll get edema. If your tube fits, and it sounds like it does (packed in 5?)… Increase time, not vacuum, from a relatively safe 3-5hg. Increasing 5 minutes a week or so per set.

When you get to 20 minutes for one set, divide it into 2 sets of 1x10. When edema or other negative physiological indicators (PI) show up; back off to the last safe time. After a couple weeks add time to a single set, and see if your limit increased. If not, sit put with your routine. Check it again once in a while.

If you’re after girth, packing is pretty much useless. Once packed, there’s nothing left. A girth pump is best achieved with a tube at least .25” wider than your normal girth. It could be said a larger tube can help length at the same time, but not nearly as fast, since your cells are expanding in a circle and not one direction.

You can expand yourself all the way around or just for length, it all depends on what you want.

114-I need some advice. I can pack my tube in about 30 minutes, just as I’m finishing up. I use lots of heat, otherwise this won’t happen. The base 1/3 gets packed in about 10 minutes, but it takes the rest of the time to pack the rest. I want some more length, but could use more girth too. Should I drop down a tube size in order to pack it more fully earlier on to get more length time?

Thanks

It could just be me, but after 10 plus years of pumping in both packed and unpacked cylinders, I would say I gained at most 0.125” of length. Virtually all of my length gains came from manual, an extender, and ADS. That being said, pumping generated over 1” in permanent girth gains.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

I think I would stay with what you have for now. Eventually as you grow, you’ll pack your current tube sooner, and it will become a length tube. No need to buy more gear, unless it’s something you truly enjoy and will keep doing.

It’s good that you’re using heat. It makes a pronounced difference.

If you do get a smaller tube, you could stage pump. You could pack it out for half of your time, and switch to the bigger tube for the other half. That is also a rewarding approach.

Edema has not been an issue for me. Once I got serious and learned to avoid it, it seemed manageable with time and reasonable pressure. So I following procedure. < 10HG (note for me at 5HG I don’t get initial groin fit) and then for duration, depending on looks and feel, I end it at 5 minutes. No more than 7 minutes max for each tube.

So.. I got a Strange Status report. Earlier in the week, I reached short term goal of 8 on length in both tubes. And measured girth of 6 was a surprise afterwards. But then the next day I was back down to 7.75 and I could not even kegal to 8 . I normally grow or stretch slow and steady. I have seen going backwards before. Is this normal for some? Today I tried heated water. That packed both tubes, which scared me, and gave me a stretch length of eight both times.

Any advice on how to progress with this would be appreciated.

Turtling is a negative PI and an indication that you have overtrained/over stressed your penis. Take a day or two off or rest and recovery. Reducing your PE program or add in more rest days is one way to offset the over training. If it was a one time occurance then perhaps you did something else which contributed to you overworking your dick, like a heavy sex day or other penis focused activity.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Packing tube current stat: I’ve followed the many advise. THANKS
I’m packing the first tube easily and I don’t go over 7hg. (good advise again thanks)
When I do sets or use extra heat, I pack both. For the first tube that would be 6 inches and the second only 2.

Today I had extra time so I added a second set. I packed the first and stayed in it to exercise kegels. I find it easier to kegels in a tighter tube.
After Switching to the larger tube, I went to kegel and noticed I packed it all the way to the glands. It scared me so I hit the release and went to just an extended warm soak.

So, I’m enjoying (in a strange man sort of way) the tighter tube. Should I discontinue it and press on to the growth in the larger? My end goal is a return to my youth of 9. But that does not really have to happen. I’m cool with less as long as ED is down and EQ is solid.

Thanks for your guidance
