I just recieved my Dr. Joel Kaplan pump with a 1 3/4” tube diameter. I thought this would be plenty wide as I only have 5 1/4” girth (right now.) However during today’s pump session I realized that I’m already packing the entire thing, up to the glans region. Should I go ahead and order a 2” diameter tube or stick with this one for now?

Be sure that you are “packing” the tube fully, i.e. not just side to side from your top view, but completely filling the volume space of the cylinder from base to glans.

I am pretty sure I am packing the tube to the fullest extent possible. Even the bottom of the glans is getting packed.

I would pump for 2 10 minute sessions at 5-8 hg.
