pain in pubic area

I feel pain in my left side of pubic area, near thighs and in/under my left testicle, what could be wrong? have a downside bent to in my penis… any ideas or suggestions? and should I do pumping for continuous 15,20 minutes?

You’re average size so maybe you don’t have to go very hard.

I’ve had pain in both those places, but it disappears after the fact. Not the actual ball, but the chords on the side of the shaft, and fat pad. Very sure the chords was from aggressive grip, and the thigh muscles probably from poor form.
