I have been penis pumping for about the last 4 weeks or so. I am finding now when pumping the bulb used to pull air out of the cylinder becomes deflated when I’d say “maxing out”, however, I can still feel I could go more Pressure.
Any ways around this or would I have to look at upgrading the handle portion?

The leluv model is the model I bought went I got a good pump. I recommend it. You wont regret it, but DO follow the size chart.
