Penis pumping and new blood vessels

I have noticed that many new blood vessels super thin and super long red veins are appearing along all my shaft. I swear my dorsal vein has never been so pronounced, and I have noticed a new blue vein has appeared behind the frenulum

So my question is, does pumping grow new blood vessels? Or what is this? Also i dont know if its just placebo but out of nowhere I am starting to have random erections, not the weak ass erections that you have to masturbate in order to achieve them, I mean the ones that you are literally sitting having a rock hard erection without even thinking about anything sexual.

Sounds like pumping is working great for you! My veins are huge after pumping and doing PE exercises for a few years. I probably have smaller veins and arteries that are more pronounced now too, but I haven’t taken note on those kinds of changes. Veins and arteries are more pronounced all the time, even when flaccid, versus before I ever did PE or pumped. Random boners is also a good sign that you have good, proper blood flow and you are maintaining the ability for your penis to be stimulated and excited. This means you likely are not injuring yourself at all and you are not overworking, overpumping, or going too hard for too long on your cock as your enlarge it.

If blood is needed then veins and arteries can change and possibly new ones can grow, although I haven’t studied the science of anatomy to know this for sure.
