Penis Pumping

Penis Pumping

I use a cylinder for full package pumping and one for just my penis. I use the one just for my penis first because if I use the other one first then when I use the cylinder just for my penis it rams against my testicles because they are pumped up along with my penis. The pump and cylinders I use are from Dr Joel Kaplan. I talked to customer service and they said after you use the cylinder just for your penis most people won’t have an erection afterwards. However a lot of times I notice after I use the cylinder just for my penis I’m erect afterwards because I get turned on when using it and think sexual thoughts. For the full package pumping customer service said I should use when flaccid however I’m erect after using the other cylinder and I have only 2 to 3 minutes to rest, massage, and switch. Does anyone know if it’s a big deal to use a full package pump while erect?

Thinking Sexually While Pumping

Anyone know if it’s advantageous to think sexual thoughts and try to get even harder than what you already are while pumping? I notice when I think about something that turns me on while pumping I can feel my penis fill with even more blood than if I didn’t. Anyone know if this makes any significant difference or not?

Doesnt matter.

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

So you started flaccid then became erect during a pump session? Going in flaccid or erect does not make a difference on gaining. The theory according to the old time pumpers was that starting erect reduced the edema build up. Many pumpers, myself included, started flaccid and have had gains from pumping. Once you have developed some experience you can manage the edema.

Problems starting out with pumping

Anyone else have problems starting out with pumping? Like at first I wasn’t following the right protocol for my pump because it wasn’t made clear to me what the right way was. I kept doing it the wrong way for a month because I didn’t know. Ik it’s a marathon not a race and I just gotta get it all straightened out and then I’ll be set to go. It’s just annoying because I’ve contacted customer service so many times with questions, but I feel soon I’ll know the best way for me to do it.

Did you read through this?

It’s fairly simple. Size your tube based on the forum guidelines, follow the newbie routine for beginners, and when you begin to increase either time or pressure you do it in small amounts watching your penis for signs of tiredness or overtraining. By doing this, you will learn how your body reacts and you can modify your pumping schedule and pressure for you specifically.

What issues are you having?

Red Dots After Pumping

I’ve noticed after pumping I get small red dots on my penis that eventually go away. Is this concerning?

The search function is your friend. This has been discussed many many times.

Petechiae (red dots) are caused by too much time and/or too much vacuum pressure. They are not a big issue. Reduce and try again.

No it is not concerning. Not to be rude but if you have to ask, you have not done your research.

I would suggest reading more, PE less. Especially at the beginning of using devices.
