Exploring the outlying parameters of penis pumping. All day 1 inHg pumping.
I vaguely remember, maybe it was on this forum, someone writing they made significant gains at a very low inHg, maybe 1 or 2 inHg, for many hours at a time.
I haven’t tried this. I’m not certain a pump would even stay in place at 1 inHg unless already packed and I don’t know if 1 inHg is capable of causing edema. If it did produce edema, then I don’t think all day pumping would be practical.
Even 5 inHg isn’t capable of sustaining a full erection for me, and pumping without an erection doesn’t seem to produce an increased post pump length for me, whether it’s for 20 minutes or an hour.
My experience with hanging is that you don’t need to stretch the penis to the max length or loss of tugback to produce gains, you need time at even a slightly longer length. In the case of stretching, stretching to loss of tugback causes a reduction in erect penis length for several days. So maybe stretching the tissue out to the max is not necessary with pumping either?
With hanging, time and not triggering an injury response where the tissues contract seems to be the right way while any weight that causes it to hang even just a bit longer flaccid works. What if it’s the same with pumping?
I’ve tried pumping while laying in bed, it’s difficult to keep the seal when the tube is at an angle, so I already know that’s not an option since I switch sides often (and it’s probably a very bad idea for any PE technique to do it while sleeping).
Has anyone tried all day 1 inHg pumping?
