Hi all..

I have been looking at sites that sell pumps and pills that say they are guaranteed to work and must say I am very tempted, but at the same time unsure if it’s all a con.

Basically I just need some guidance/advice on the best way to get a bit extra length and or girth.

Thanks very much

Stay away from anything but hard work and dedication. Pumps ok but not until you do the newbie routine and good luck

Great advice! Don’t waste your money. Believe me, the day that a pill exist to grow your penis the whole world will know about it.

For right now, if you want more length or girth, get out the talcum power or Vaseline and get to work.

Let me tell you the secret that has led me to my goal: my strength lies solely in my tenacity.

Hi Guys.. Just thought I’d let you know.. That on day two of my routine I ruptured a blood vessel.. Was at hospital yesterday and they said I should abstain from sex for a couple of weeks and the bruising will take about four weeks to disapear..

Wondering when I should start my routine again and also if this has happened to other people ?

Assuming that you were doing the Newbie Routine and not doing it too vigorously, this can happen. See Safety Concerns on the page Penis Enlargement FAQ. Part of the theory of the Newbie Routine is that you start out easy and gradually increase the routine; your penis gets more conditioned as you proceed. The same effort that would cause you an injury today is less likely to cause you an injury after you’ve completed the Newbie Routine.

Avoiding injury is just one of many reasons not to do too much too quickly.

I would probably take the full four weeks off. Trying to resume your routine too early coming back from an injury makes you more prone to reinjury.

Cheers for the advice dude..

It’s not sore at all and just bruised.. Really eager to get training as I hadn’t really started.
I think I will see how it feels after a week and maybe do some light exercises.

One of the most difficult things in PE is avoiding overdoing. Pain is not a reliable indicator of injury. If you’re determined to start after a week, keep the exercises VERY light and watch your unit very closely for any signs of bruising or discoloration. And make sure to take your rest days to give yourself time to heal and recover from your sessions.

Will do.. Take care
