Through the combination of time availability and experiment, I’m only doing pumping right now. In the beginning I went to a specific measure of inches of Hg. Now, I simply go by feel, gradually increasing the pressure throughout the session. Also, I gradually increase the session duration from one week to the next.
My flaccid hang has definitely increased and I’ve got some girth gains that I cannot for sure identify as being temporary or permanent. Also, my EQ has increased. All in all, it’s the best PE technique I have ever employed.
As I mentioned above, I’m only doing pumping at this time. Part of why I’m doing this is to evaluate the effectiveness of pumping. I’ll admit that I’m not being as scientific as I could, but this is to evaluate the effectiveness of pumping for me. That way, when I make gains, I have a much better idea as to what technique to attribute them to.
