Pump Recommendations

Hi,

Been lurking for a while and was gonna start pumping but work got in the way for a bit but now I am ready to get started. I would like some input on a good quality, affordable pump for a newbie trying to increase both length and girth. I have read many threads about different pumps but would like to get some veterans input on this.Info. And links to where to purchase pumps would be very helpful..

Heres my measurements: Length: 6” Girth: 4.60” I would like to get to 8” length and 5.5” girth.

And I don’t have to much money to spend so I’m looking at a budget of about $150..
