Pump seals?

Not sure where to post this so I am putting it here.

Has anybody used anything like this? If you have, what do you think?

I’ve tried a couple of them with poor success. Not sure what brand I used. I found the i.d. is too restrictive and tried to trim it a little larger, which apparently weakened it and it began to tear.

I gave up on seals and just get cylinders with a large flange and keep it well lubed.

If you buy a Velseal pump from PumpToys they come with a flared base and a silicon seal on the pump. They cost more but you can use them for a long session (30 to 60 min.) and not get pain from the tube.When you think about it these tubes last along time so buying the right tube now will be money well spent and cheaper in the long run and you won’t be disappointed in a few weeks or months and wished you had bought something better to start with. Spend your money wisely and buy quality you will never be sorry.

I have spent money on 4 of these kinds of sleeves but not the one in the link.

Two cost $15 each. They work better for me with them than without . Give the tube I had, which I then made the decisiom to get another cykinder that was about .25 imch less in diameter so my parts stopped getting pulled in.

Felt like I was in the right direction but was then packing the tube, so now I’m in process gettinh another tube.
