Pump Stretch
I have been lamenting about being too lazy to stretch and I think I might be able to get some benefits from stretching. I never hung or stretched throughout my PE workouts, I wanted to do sometihng with out adding to my PE time.
Now I know many guys milk the tube, but I tried this yesterday and I wanted to get your thoughts. You may need higher presser (at least 5 to 8 hg) and then instead of milking the tube, hold the top of the tube steady, and push the base straight down. You can feel a good push on your ligaments.
