Pump time
Hey guys. Been here for years, but only now started to get into pumping.
I have been hanging on and off since I started (with a bib) and have >2 inches gained. Would like to start incorporating pumping. Probably 0.25 to 0.33 inch girth gain just from manual exercises.
Currently have a vacutech.
Blah blah blah..
Long story short, would like to hear how long people pump for on a daily basis. I have done some homework, and the general consensus seems to be that low pump mmhg is better for growth and that higher mmhg will only lead to injury or edema or both.
Gimme a good starter routine if you would.
