I bought a bathmate as well as a decent air pump to use for girth gains. I know a lot of it is temporary, but has anyone used a pump and received better EQ? Currently due to bad health I believe my EQ is quite low. I do not get veiny and even at full erection my penis is still bendy and soft. It is hard enough for penetration, but without a cock ring it is pretty soft.

Will pumping and then a cock ring help with temporary EQ and girth gains? I am on the small side at 4.6 erect girth. My flaccid girth is about 4, so there is not a lot of change in my girth when erect. Will getting in better health and cardio assist with this?

I bought a bathmate hydroxtreme in November and I love it. My erection qualities have definitely gotten better. And after I pump my dick feels like blood moves through it way better.

I’ve seen gains from it. I have used it almost 2 months now and my dick is fatter when inside the tub from when I had first started pumping. Now I’m able to get closer to the end each time I use it.

I think if you use it consistently the gains are permanent. Obviously a maintenance use to keep your dick looking nice.

Any physical exercise will help with sex. Personally I recommend weight training and muscle training over cardio focused exercise.

I want length and girth, but would really be happy with improved EQ and girth. Length exercises seem to be a lot easier for me. Jelqing is hard due to my foreskin. I was circumcised as a baby, but most of the skin grew back leaving my penis to have a lions mane of shorts. I do my best to pull it down but fear I am not getting good expansion. This is why I have looked into pumping.

In my experience 5 inHg vacuum for 20 minutes every other day is beneficial to erection strength. Cock rings kill my erections after 15 minutes though and they don’t come back as firm until a day or so has passed. Cock rings are better than nothing for people that have something crucially wrong with their penis where it can’t naturally sustain an erection, but they seem to be bad for healthy penises, at least in my experience.

There seems to be a window of good parameters for penis pumping. The best parameters I’ve found for gains and erection quality so far is the one listed above.

Its the type of ring that goes around the cock and balls.

Does not surprise me sounded hit and miss. I will likely try it but not in a significant way. I am in this for the long haul so even if the gains are slow I will keep plugging away.

I’ve been using low dose Viagra/sildenafil for almost 4 years now with cock rings off and on. I can get a good erection, but I can lose it easily.. It improved EQ for me when I was doing it, I got stiffer and I got erections a lot easier. But I found it an utter waste of time in terms of permanent gain so I moved onto other things. Yes it should help with EQ. Getting in better shape will also help, absolutely. The evil trifecta of EQ problems are, smoking, being overweight, and caffeine and alcohol. Get in shape, stop smoking, stop drinking coffee, coca cola and beer. Or at least cut back as much as you can. Your goal should be to drink nothing but pure water and lots of it, every day. You will improve greatly, I guarantee it.

I had very good success with this method for 3-4 weeks but then my penis couldn’t sustain it any longer and it was hurting me. In that period I noticed a serious difference and my wife commented on it twice as well.

Just not sustainable.

I Can Relate

As my forum name indicates, I am frustrated with turtling and have tried many things. I have found pumping as others have described to be very helpful with regard to general EQ and considerable improvement in morning wood. Unfortunately, I can’t attribute any anti-turtling improvement to pumping alone. However, I do find pumping pleasurable enough and that it provides temporary fullness/size, I don’t care if it helps my anti-turtling efforts.

As my forum name indicates, I am a victim of unwanted turtling and can definitely relate to your situation. Over a period of several years, I have tried many PE-related techniques to reduce turtling. I found some that seem to help me. With regard to pumping, I have found that it (using the routines suggested here, adjusted to your preferences) has improved my general penis health. In particular, my EQ is better and there is considerable improvement in the frequency in morning wood. Unfortunately, I can’t attribute any anti-turtling improvement to pumping alone. However, I do find pumping pleasurable enough and that it provides temporary fullness/size, I don’t care if it helps my anti-turtling efforts.

I’m sure you’ve already heard this turtleman, in case you haven’t.. Don’t wear tight underwear. That’s the only time I ever turtle. Loose fitting, like boxers, shouldn”t happen near as much.

When I lived a super unhealthy, Prescription drug filled, alcoholic, lack of sleep lifestyle….my dick was soooo small. I couldn’t get it hard during sex and I was always turtled. It lasted 4 years!

I got my shit together and live a super healthy lifestyle packed full of routine and disciplined. And hydration.
Get fucking healthy. Workout and do stretching and yoga. You’re dick will get healthy by consequence.

So now after 15 months of very consistent PE I have a bigger and healthier dick

I’m on my 3rd day off just to take a break from PE. My erections the last 2 mornings were so rock hard and so strong I literally could not bend my dick to take a piss. I damn near had to turn upside down backwards on the toilet.
