Pumping and IPR
Does anyone have any thoughts about the use of IPR and pumping??? I was thinking that with consistent low Hg pumping that should be followed would act as a form of active rest, or at least something along the lines of an ADC where you attempt to keep a certain size for a period of time.
The reason I bring this up is because I’ve been thinking of going back into pumping full time with clamping as my manual work between sets, for 5-10 minutes sets double clamped. Does anyone have any experience with pumping and clamping? More importantly what have the experiences been with 2-3 days of rest while pumping? This is more for a comparison than for help, and any and all is appreciated.
