Pumping and Testicle Pain Relief

I started 2 different threads at the newbie’s forum with not very much luck.
There are 2 issues that concern me:

I have highly retracting balls (Balls Trouble) and started balls pumping with excellent preliminary results, especially regarding pain on my right testicle. For a couple of years I’ve been doing manual stretches to alleviate pain, but pumping seems to to be gentler and do a better job.
Any comments or suggestions regarding this subject, and also any technical recommendations?

The second one:
1) When do I start to count pumping time, from the time I start pumping or when maximum pumped erection (pressure) is achieved?
Also:
2) How the dick’s pumped length compares to the BPEL, same size, shorter or longer?

I have a similar situation with right testicle and have had good results with pumping balls gently in a 2” cylinder and then attaching light weight (3lbs.) to the cylinder and then move the cylinder using a gentle rocking motion for 5 - 10 minutes. Likewise, some massage or rolfing along the inguinal crease has helped free it up. It’s all connected by fascia.

appreciate your reply. I’ve just finished a ball pumping session (it’s my day off PEing) and simply elated by the immediate results. I pumped at moderate to low pressure in four sets, 5 min., 10 min., 10 min., 30 min.. The epidydimus of the right ball always hurts (according to the urologists chronic epidydimitis by trauma caused by a strong cremasteric reflex), but when the balls emerged from the 2” tube, the pain was gone! First time in years. I gave myself a light massage, touched the epidydimus and felt no pain. It is amazing, I could not touched it before without feeling extreme pain. I even woke up my wife to tell her, I was so impressed I had to share it with someone and then I saw your reply. Again, thank you.

Yesterday, I pumped for only 10 min. and felt some relief, so I posted in hope somebody had any similar experience.

I wish some of the vets (very learned people, by the way) like Avocet, Peforeal and Westla (among others) also take notice.

Like you, I used to have a very tight ballsac when I first started PE’ing over 3 years ago. I tried all kinds of initial stretching manually and with wrapping and tie downs to try to solve this problem. But, it was finally pumping my ballsac that worked the best. I’ve got my sac loose and to the size that I am comfortable with my sac and testicles in proportion to my dick. I pump my ballsac now maybe once or twice every two weeks, depending on my mood. I love to do this. It’s easy and results are fun to observe both during and after the ballsac pumping session. I’ve never had any pain in my testicles, so I can’t comment specifically on this issue. I am glad though that it’s working out for you in many ways.

I have the same issue and was wondering what would work. What size tube do you use for pumping

I was looking forward to your reply. I do respect your opinions deeply and been following your posts.
As I said, I’m amazed about the preliminary results, almost two hours after pumping still have pain relief. I think it has to do with stretching the cremaster and the neuro-vascular bundle together with the epidydimus and seminal conduct.
It is an exciting finding for me. I’ll be careful not to overdo it an irritate the structures.
As I write this, my balls are still hanging slightly larger and very comfortable.
Maybe this is another sign that PE is a powerful tool healthwise and goes well beyond its expected boundaries.

I’m using a 2.5” tube, I mistakingly wrote 2” in the preceding post. I use 2” for my dick under the excellent advice of Gprent101 (other knowledgeable vet), but it is to narrow for my balls to fit comfortably. It is my belief at this point that a tube as narrow as would comfortably fit is advisable so the balls and sac get a good stretch, at least for my particular problem.

I mostly use my 2.0” cylinder for my ballsac stretching. It’s a tight fit, but this size cylinder gives me the sac stretch downward that I wanted, rather than an overall wider sac pumping. Also, I wanted my sac stretched downward in order to loosen up the tightness of the skin near the base of my dick and thus allow for a better and looser hanging flaccid size. Occasionally, I’ll pump in my next size cylinder which is 2.5” in diameter, which I also use for just pumping my dick by itself.

Another question I should have asked: when pumping balls, are you just pumping the balls, or balls
and dick together?

This (testicular pain relief) is interesting in this connection.

The epidymus is 18 feet long fully stretched, inches long when not.

If there were a constriction within the epidymus, let’s say, and you were able to stretch portions of that tube - where sperm mature - during ball pumping, even by a small amount, that might help to clear a block?

I think -as you posted- it has to do with the stretch of the epidydimus. I distinctly feel the pain in it not the ball itself. I posted in another thread that the ball has shrank a bit in the last years. As I said the pain is acute to the point that when I bathe -for instance- I have to be careful not to touch it even slightly. This why I’m so surprised and amazed by the unexpected consequence of pumping the balls. I thought that the resulting stretch from pumping would alleviate the pain in the long run, never as it happened, immediately! Moreover, it seems to be long lasting, 12 hours later I didn’t feel any pain.

Today, while I took a bath, I pumped again for about 20 min. and at this time still have no pain at all. I’m thinking now that if I had known about pumping at the time, the surgery could have been avoided.

Back to the pumping stretch, a couple of years ago I discovered that manually stretching the testicles gave me some relief, so I did it every night, but nothing like this. If I were a religious man I’d say it is a miracle. I don’t want to cry victory so soon but I know I’m in the right track.

I do not know whether I have a block in that tube. In the last 3 years I had 3 more kids (twins 2 months ago) even though my wife was diagnosed with a phallopian tube obstruction. We were about to start fertility therapy when she got pregnant. Maybe the left ball did all the work, who knows. Anyway, your theory sounds reasonable.

I’ve been reading your posts, so I know you have interest for the scientific side of PE an pumping, in particular, so I’ll keep you posted.

By the way, I’ve been having a hard time building a decent pump here (the ones available in the market are worthless).The more vital part is the gauge, which I haven’t been able to get.

Good for you. Whatever the cause, that’s great news.

Maybe you had an adhesion trapping or otherwise irritating a nerve, and pumping tore the adhesion loose? Might explain the sudden improvement. Just throwing out what may be a possibility.

I honestly don’t have a good idea of why this works for you. Vacuum pumping can cause fluid shifts and perhaps you’re causing some movement of lymph fluids into the area that triggers your pain and somehow reducing the nervous impulses. How long does this relief last? Only the two hours? Has repeated use of the pump made the relief last longer?

I have no personal experience with ball pumping. I don’t even like mine put into someone’s mouth, which some find very erotic. I’d be very uncomfortable having a vacuum applied. So I don’t even know what it feels like, which might give me a bit more insight. I’ll leave it to those with that type of experience to help you with the evaluation of this new pain relief technique. I hope it eventually can give you a permanent result.
