I have recently started to pump and found that 5 days on 2 off kills my EQ.

I have to do longer low pressure sets but do them maybe 3 days a week in stead of 5 straight.

My wife went visit her parents for a week and I went nuts while she was gone and my usual heroic morning wood was miserable to the point where my wife was asking questions.

Warning to PEers; don’t deprive the wife of cock.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Hi a-unit, I had the same problem with longer sessions. I think it takes quite a while to adapt to pumping. The 3 x 5min sessions with jelqing between sessions does wonders for my EQ. Perhaps that’s a good place to start for you too?

That’s approximately what I’ve been doing, but possibly overdoing the pressure.

It’s just such a rush to see the unit that big!

I’m putting the pump away for a while. Gains have completely stalled since I started pumping. I’m not saying that I don’t think that pumping works and I think I have had some subtle benefit, but I was getting progressive gains while hanging and I want more length anyway.

Here are the results for 5 weeks of pumping:

Starting BPEL: 7.0”, now 7.0”
Starting MEG: 5.1”, now 5.15”
Starting BPFSL: 6.9”, now 7.0”

To be fair, I think I really only got to the sweet spot when pumping recently. One think I learned is that it is REALLY easy to over do it. It is so tempting to push yourself too far. I ended on a protocol of 3 x 5 mins with Jelqing in between sets at about 4-5Hg. I have to say at that after that routine when I measure my girth it is not much (if any) over 5.2”. Can’t see how that it going to make me grow.

I think I need to come out of the tube at something like 5.5”, which would mean a lot more time in the tube and that kills my EQ. Perhaps I just needed more pumping at more conservative levels to condition myself before ramping up.

I am going back to hanging now until I get to my length goal, which is 7.6” BPEL. Pretty achievable from here I would think. I will then come back to pumping and other girth exercises.

One interesting observation, when I started using a cockring I was 5.0” MEG and it pushed me up to 5.2” MEG. Now when I use a cockring I still only go up to 5.2” MEG, i.e. it no longer gives me a girth gain. Go figure?!

A quick update: I have been hanging 4-5 days per week, 2 sets of 20 mins with 2.75lbs. I do circular swings when I hang to stimulate smooth muscle growth and to work the ligaments and facia from all angles.

My EQ is through the roof. Every erection is rock hard and I have night/morning wood everyday. Actually it wakes me so that’s getting on my nerves. My BPFSL is up from 7.0” to 7.2” (18.3cm) in two weeks. It’s very hard to measure any erect gain because the extra hard erection causes a more pronounced curve. If I follow the curve with a tailor’s tape, I can see the gain too. Flaccid hand is longer and heavier. MEG is 5.125 so no gain there. I just started to add a couple of supra slammers in the shower each day just so girth doesn’t fall back as I add length.

This thread seems to have turned into my own personal blog, for my own benefit and hopefully for the benefit of others.

I have taken a break for a few weeks. My old relationship ended and after a couple of months break a new beautiful one has started. The physical fit is much better and I feel more secure about myself. I still want to be bigger but that desire is no longer fueled by insecurity. It is amazing how the dynamic of right relationship contributes to wellbeing and self acceptance.

I lost about .2” in BPFSL and none in girth during my break.. length is back after a few hanging sessions.

My current routine is hanging 2.75lbs a few times per week and I swing in a circular motion for 20 mins. I believe that this stimulates smooth muscle growth. I also have a hypothesis that hypoxia stimulates mitochondria growth; this may account for people’s reports of increase in EQ from clamping. I am studying one of the medical sciences so I will expand on my theories as time goes on and my knowledge deepens.

Just as a follow up to my last post, I just want to clarify that when I mention “hypoxia”; I am referring to mild oxygen deprivation akin to altitude training. Not turning your penis dark purple or black. This would be very bad!!

My wife asked for a seperation right after she returned from visiting her parents.

We have still seen each other and we are still wearing our rings.. But I miss her terribly and struggle to not just move on.

My pumping sessions have become less enthusiastic lately also due to fatigue and the emotions of the seperation.

Maybe a rest is good
