Pumping flaccid or semi-erect

I have trouble getting 100% hard for the pump. Is it beneficial to pump with a less-than-100% erection? How low %-wise can one pump and get results? I have pumped from completely flaccid and get full expansion but wonder if this is worthwhile for gaining anything?

I think it is worthwhile. When I start flaccid, I pump with VERY minimal pressure (just enough to accomplish the seal at the base), and increase gradually through the session.

It doesn’t really matter, except that some guys say they get less lymphatic fluid buildup. You’ll get the same PE benefit if you start off flaccid and gradually build the erection up.

I used to worry about that to such an extent that I would stop pumping if I was not erect, I was wrong; However I agree with avocet8 and a member here kingpole seems to have come along very well while pumping from a majority of flaccid states. At present I pump regardless of my erect or flaccid status and the results are similar and I am fortunate where I have rarely had any lymphatic fluid buildup. Take care and happy pumping.
