I’m a newbie to pumping and I don’t really know how many days out of the week I should pump. I’ve read Avocet’s threads regarding pumping and it says to start out at 1 10 minute session per day for the first week. Does this mean I should pump everyday? I haven’t done any conditioning before this e.g. Jelqing in quite sometime (over a year). Any advice on how often as a newbie I should pump. Also should I just follow Avocets beginning pumping routine in his thread?

I already read that.. All those guys seem to have been pumping for a while and even if they are just starting pumping they have already been doing other exercises. I was really wondering if Avocets program would be alright for a newbie to use everyday or if I should give myself 2-3 rest days on it. I

As long as you are not going overboard, 1 days rest is all you should need. Try starting off on a 2 on 1 off schedule. As you gain experience you can try out lots of other schedules like 3 on 1 off, all the way up to 6 on 1 off, but like I said before, if you stay in control, 1 days rest should be enough.
