Pumping info

Here is some pumping info. Some of the links may not be any good now, I wrote this thing over a year and a half ago. I’ll check them and update them as I have time.

Buy a quality pump with a vacuum gauge. The trigger type pumps are the most convenient. Trigger type pumps can not be used for wet pumping, you need a “bilge” type pump for wet pumping.

Use a quality lubricant, not petroleum based, which damages the acrylic finish on the tube. Flared bottom cylinders provide an easier seal. If you have problems maintaining the seal, trim or shave the pubic hair around the base of the penis.

Do not keep penis under vacuum for periods exceeding 15 minutes. Remove your penis and massage it every fifteen minutes to restore blood flow. Try to begin your pumping with an erection.

1st week

One 15 minute pump at 3 or 4hg (inches of mercury)

Remove vacuum if you experience any pain

2nd week

Two 15 minute pumps at 3 or 4hg

With a 5-minute break in between to restore blood flow

Remove vacuum if you experience any pain

3rd week

Three 15 minute pumps at 3 or 4hg

With a 5-minute break in between each pump to restore blood flow

Remove vacuum if you experience any pain

4th week

Four 15 minute pumps at 3 or 4hg

With a 5-minute break in between each pump to restore blood flow

Remove vacuum if you experience any pain

5th week

Your penis should be acclimated to the vacuum now and you can slowly begin to increase the vacuum if you feel the need too. DO NOT EXCEED 7hg. Longer periods of time at a low vacuum rather than at a higher vacuum is the preferred way to increase your routine.

When you pump, the swelling is caused by fluid and usually goes away in 24 hours.

If you pump on a continuous basis the swelling may remain longer. You may also experience what is called the donut effect, a larger swelling in the tissue in and around the circumcision area. This is normal and goes away just like the other swelling does.
