Pumping Injury and Advice
Hey guys,
I’ve been a member of this site for years, however as I’ve always been extremely busy with school I’ve never been very dedicated to PE until recent (thus explaining why i post so little). I have gained almost half an inch of length (no girth) by using a penis extender and jelqing. I was so happy at these gains, I ordered a penis pump, and started pumping unsafely, within weeks I was pumping at 15 mmhg. I would constantly get lymph build up but I was naive and thought this meant my penis was growing. One time I even slightly bled out of my pee hole after a pumping session. This shocked me a bit, i stopped pumping for 5 or 6 days and then started again but doing no more than 10 mmhg. After doing this for about 5 days, I developed a condition known as hard flaccid. I remember exactly how it happend. I had just been pumping at around 10 mmhg for over 30 mins, pulled out of the tube, did some kegels to force a stronger erection, felt a sudden sharp pain on the left side of my penis and immediately my penis turtled within 3 or 4 seconds. It instantly felt different from normal turtling, my penis was extremely turtled yet it was still hard. Anyways to find out more about hard flaccid look on these forums or just google “hard flaccid.”
After I got hard flaccid, i became extremely scared, didnt sleep one minute the whole entire night. Next morning i kept positive and thought i’d heal, 3 months went by, i did not heal, i still have hard flaccid. It is much harder for me to get erections and my penis is always embarrisingly turtled (even if its hot). I never get morning wood, and my refactory period is sometimes days. This is considered MILD hard flaccid because there are many out there who can get NO erections!d). If you do some research on hard flaccid you’ll find out that there are people whove never done PE in their life who developed this condition. It is believe to be caused by trigger points in the pelvic area (which are believed to be caused by trauma). I am sure pumping alone did not result in me having this condition but this combined with the fact that i clearly already had bad hip flexiability might have caused it.
I was really ashamed and I just disappeared from the forums but I feel like I have a responsibility to share my experience and hope it’ll prevent someone from making the same mistake.
I just want to let everyone out there know to PLEASE listen to what all these vets are CONSTANTLY telling you. Start slow. Start slow. Start slow. No matter what. I’ve always been VERY resistant to injury so I ignored their advice. It is not worth it. If you don’t listen and start slow, you WILL get injured, please do not be ignorant. I wish I could go back, but unfortunately I can’t.
On a more positive note, one day (after 3 months of no improvement on my hard flaccid) I decided I’d do light jelking. I felt a little better, I kept doing this for about a week and slowly my erections improved. Now 3 weeks into my new LIGHT PE routine and it seems like my eq is finally heading towards my pre hard flaccid states. It is still not as good as it was before, but at least im improving.
Again, guys, I have always been very resistant to injury, I never thought it’d happen to me, please dont make the same mistake. Listen to the vets here, they are here to help you out. I am just extremely lucky that i didn’t have a far worse injury and im actually improving now. Majority of hard flaccid people do not see any improvment at all. Please listen to the vets and take it slow.
