Pumping is an excellent warm up for any PE routine. Just 10-15min at 2-3”hg with a heating pad on med wrapped around the tube is enough to get you ready for any routine no matter what your goal is. Then you can pump again as a finisher after wet/dry jelqs for another 10-15min at 4-5”hg. Now be very careful and don’t go above 4”hg to begin with (the normal body’s blood psi for an erection is only 3-4”hg anyways) 5”hg stretches is more but you can do damage at this level if you’re not used to it then you shrink for the next few days do to wear and tear.
Keep your pumping sessions to 15min or less to keep from causing any blood clots and watch out for that donut. A little is fine but I found you heal faster if you keep it from happening too much. And you can pump up to three 10-15min sessions a day but it’s really not necessary. Just three times a week with your normal pe routine and then some edging daily will be fine. Trust me you don’t want to over do the pumping!
