Pumping Positions

What is the best position for pumping? Standing ,laying down or sitting? How a combo like starting standing the laying down ?

I don’t know about “best”… I use the most comfortable position, which is laying on my side. Sometimes on my back.

I’m sure it’s a personal preference thing for most. I find kneeling or squatting allows me the most expansion.
