Hi all. I’ve been pumping on and off almost a year now. I’ve used a 2 1/4” tube most of that time until recently. Between clamping pumping my base girth has grown like crazy. As in I can pack the first 1/3 of the 2 1/4” tube with no issues. Now my glans and the last inch below the glans hasn’t done anything it appears.

I recently got a 2” tube to try and even things out. I pack the lower 1/3 almost instantly and a little more than half way within 20min or so with heat. In my 2 1/4 tube I could comfortably pump 8-10Hg but this new tube it feels more intense so I’ve been keeping it 5-7Hg.

The other day I wanted to see what happened with more time so I pumped only at 5Hg for 2- 20 min sets jelqing between sets and started to get a small amount of fluid below the glans so I took a break for an hour and the fluid subsided. I reheated then went back into the tube for 30min-5Hg. Now I fully packed the walls but the head still looks tiny and isn’t anywhere close to packing. When I pulled out I had the most fluid buildup I’ve ever had! For that inch below the glans. I’ve even pulse pumped to 15Hg in my 2 1/4” tube and never got half the fluid I got this session. I think I got what was the start of 2 water blisters on the glans so I took a week off.

Today I started back up same out come get to about 3/4 pack then the fluid starts to set in.

Do you guys have any advice to help me to break through this plateau?

I don’t think I could physically fit into a 1.75” tube (5.5” base girth)

Ideally I would love nothing more than to have larger glans than my shaft. My glans are notably smaller than my shaft.

Now there is 1 other variable I’ve added. Can you get too much heat? I have in the past only used 1 heat pad which wraps around the tube but did not cover my full shaft. So now I run 2 heat pads.

The rule of thumb to avoid excess edema is to limit vacuum to 5 hg and not exceed 20 minutes unless you reduce the vacuum to 4 hg or below. Subjecting you dick to a 15 hg vacuum is the reason yo experienced the beginnings of a blister.

In my opinion, you should primarily use the 2” cylinder until you can pack upto 3/4 of the way up. I also feel some guys are born with thinner glans and last inch of their dicks and there is not much you can do to change Mother Nature.

I’ve done 15 Hg “pulse pumping” in my 2 1/4” tube with no ill effect. I don’t dare go that high in the 2” tube as the feeling is far more intense.

Believe it or not the 1 time I almost got the blister was strictly at 5 Hg. Granted over a much longer period of time but in 20 min sets. 3 to be exact but with a good hour break between set 2 and 3.

I currently do pack 3/4 of the way on the 2” cylinder after the first 20 minutes. From there it just stalls.

Now I can’t say I’ve ever tried below 5 Hg as it feels like nothing to me.

So should I try 3-4 Hg with more time or stick to 20 min sets? If that will give me the chance to expand without fluid then maybe that’s the way to go. Hadn’t considered that.

My base girth is 5.5” before pumping would it be dangerous or unwise to step down further to a 1.75” to work at evening out the upper shaft/glans? I wouldn’t mind working on length too if it would help.

Some say using a smaller cylinder helps promote lengththough I never experienced any length gains using a pump. I pumped for 20 minutes in the morning at 5 hg and again at night, 5 or 6 days a week and once a week at4 hg for 45 minutes

I use pumping to stretch out my foreskin and accommodate the new size.

I definitely don’t need to pump for extra foreskin :)

So today I had an interesting discovery. I decided to try pumping on my lunch break. I warmed up my 2 heat pads (the clay type) and got myself hard as they were warming up. Lubed up and went in and strapped on the heat pads. Since I’m limited on time I decided to try and make my lunch with the tube on. (at home of course) I let the tube hang and pumped up to 10 Hg disconnected the pump/hose and made my lunch.

When I first let it hang It was roughly 90’ to my body. Those heat pads probably weigh about a lb each. By the time I had my food ready (5 min or so) I noticed the tube was drooping below the 90’ from my body and actually felt pretty good. Sat down and ate letting the tube free hang. It was really drooping by this time but I was still hard! Hooked up the pump and pumped back up to 5 Hg after eating and laid down and relaxed by this time I had been in the tube 20 min. Being as I had to leave soon I decided to stay in the last 5 min. The tube eventually was laying flat with my body and it was giving a nice tug. (straight down)

I pulled off the heat pads and noticed I had packed all the way up to the glans. More notably I noticed the top of my glans wasn’t smashed into the top of the tube like normal and was actually some what centered. I removed the vacuum and tube and to my surprise there was minimal fluid build up! My mid shaft down felt rock hard! Glans still tiny as always.

I’m not sure if letting the tube hang allowed my unit to center up into the tube or what but that was quite possibly the greatest feeling session and my PI’s right now are fantastic. Going to continue to try this and see where it goes.

Is there any issues to worry about letting it hang like that? I do notice the weight adds vacuum which is why I pumped with it hanging. The only reason I went 10 Hg starting was I wanted to ensure the tube stayed on and 2 the first few min I expand like crazy which lowers vacuum quite a bit (was down to 3Hg after the 5-8 min)

Hi there I have experienced similar albeit in my old thickwall tube.. I would pump to six disconnect and then walk around with the pump on and with no effort at all I had packed the 1.75 tube.. I think maybe subconsciously the penis has to fill the vacuum space that is accomodated by the tube.. When I consciously try to pack the tube I find milking the tub works, pull the tube away from my base ane also sitting down with the tube on and tilting my pelvis back in effect adding extra hg and drawing my penis back towards the base.

The glans and where it connects to the corpus has many constraints. In my experience, packing the tube for length equalizes the size of the glans and shaft over time.

If you rush trying to expand that area, the frenulum area can warp and stretch in a non-aesthetically pleasing way, which I learned from over clamping and pumping in the past. I got some nasty vertical stretch marks there and the glans on that side looks a bit different now. I’ve got stretch marks on the top of the glans too, but they’re pretty minor. They’re probably the most unpleasant battle scar on my penis, next to discoloration. But I’ve seen porn stars with the same stretch marks and they seem to do alright. Circumcision scars tend to dwarf other imperfections. To qualify this, I probably took the exercise to an extreme most people have common sense to avoid.

If I do erect squeezes now, I often squeeze the glans before gripping to prevent too much pressure in the glans.

There is such thing as too much heat. Too high of a temperature can cook your dick.
