I would not recommend a third PE technique into your existing program. Stay with what you’re doing as long as you are having success.
If you do move to pumping at some point, DTW gave good advice. As to your question on loss of EQ from pumping, I’d like to point out that over doing any PE session of any technique can lead to loss of EQ.
A truth about PE is that some techniques work for some guys and some don’t. This applies to pumping of course. Some guys just can’t seem to get accustomed to vacuum. Even lower vac levels can cause them problems. Unfortunately I don’t know of anyway to find out until you try it.
