Pumping Question

Pumping Question

So, I’m getting ready to move back to the states next month. For the last 7 years I have lived in a country that doesn’t allow things like pumps, and my goal has been girth. I’ve tried everything; jelqing, clamping, hand squeezes, etc etc. But I have had little success. My next step is to try pumping when I’m settled in the US, but I have a quick question about it.

Is it OK, or normal, or safe, to pump until your unit is puffed up with fluids? I assume this isn’t really healthy or a safe way to go about it, but upon researching pumping a bit I couldn’t help but notice people taking it to this extreme. I imagine I would want to stress myself a bit, but not to the point of swelling up with fluids? Anyone more experienced with pumping that could give me some advice/insight would be much appreciated.

It’s not something you have to be super concerned about. It’s typical to get some fluid. Gives your dick a nice bit of extra girth and goes away a few hours later. The bigger concern is avoiding popped blood vessels. If you keep the pressure to 3 HG for first couple weeks, then increase to 4 HG for a couple weeks, follow that progression. 5HG is generally considered a safe working range. After several months you will be conditioned to a point where if you want you could bump up into the 6-7HG range. Beyond that is generally considered counter productive because that’s around the point when you start getting much more noticeable fluid build up. Long story short, start small with like 3HG and a couple sets of 5 to 10 minutes. Work up from there and you shouldn’t have any issues

I’m guessing you were visiting newart.com where they take pumping to extreme levels. That crowd pumps for hours to intentionally develop large amounts of edema.

Pumping for PE is nothing like that. As 9937 posted, start with low vac levels for short periods. A common pump session for an experienced person would be -5inHg for 30 minutes, twice daily. Some guys stick with 20 minutes, or even 15 minutes. As you get experienced you will figure out what works for you

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

To add to both responses; pumping until your dick is full of edema is not a goal at all.

However, as time or vacuum increases for most beyond 30-45 minutes, edema will find its way into the mix.

You’ll be a long ways away from this if you stick to the times and vacuum levels already highlighted and please believe you serve yourself no benefit pumping outside of those realms, seriously.

You want to create adaptation and not shock the hell out of your penis.

Really appreciate all the responses, and I’ll take all advice into consideration when the time comes.

I had to learn it the hard way. Including pumping in my routine was not as easy as I originally thought. Basically I just overdid it and definitely popped a vessel or something like that. Months have passed without proper rest and right now I have completely ditched PE for allowing better healing.

Long story short: pumping can be good, just make sure to start slowly, apply heat, and most importantly DO NOT play around with pressure AND timing! Stick to what the pinned posts in the pumping section say. I discovered that 5 Hg is a bit too much for me, little advantages, just more risks right now.

Oh, man; what happened? Can you give a little more detail?

I suggest you to read my progress report, but basically I just went too fast, too hard. That plus stress from changes in life resulted in temporary psychological ED. I’m better now
