Pumping Questions
I’ve been doing PE off and on inconsistent for a few years and haven’t had much gains
I’m thinking of developing an hour every morning before work to pumping, maybe some manual stretching before hand
So far it seems everyone recommends getting a tube that you can pack, and pumping at low pressure
(1) My first question is - is the elongation that I achieve pumping is the same whether I have a tube that I pack or not… Then won’t gains be the same?
For example, I can reach just almost 7.25 length in a 2.5” tube that I can’t pack
And I can reach that same exact length in a 1.75” tube that I do pack
If gains are the same I’d rather use the tube I don’t pack, because it’s easier to get into flaccid (I can’t always get hard), and because I dont like the risk of blisters that comes along with packing
(2) my second question has to do with frequency and duration… I am of course looking for significant permanent gains and not just temporary… Is 5 days a week good? Should I do one 60 minute session? I’ve seen different approaches here… Some say 5 minute sets with short breaks in between…
