My pumping has has fallen into 3 distinct periods. The first period was a long time ago (late 1970s), and from my vague memory it was a daily 20 minute session at moderate pressure (the pump did not have a gauge). The second period was in the mid 1990s and I used a device called ‘Handsome Up’. The routine recommended by the manufacturer was a form of pulse pumping; constantly inflating/deflating the pump for periods from 20 minutes to one hour. I never had the time or privacy to manage one hour, so typically I did 20 to 30 minutes. Again, the pump did not have a gauge, so everything was done on feel. Now I use a Thickwall 10” x 2.25” cylinder with a Colt Trigger Pump and cycle pressure between zero and 5.00 for 10 to 20 minutes. I don’t know what my starting girth (or length) was, but I would guess it was not much more than 5”, so I’ve been very fortunate to get where I am. I have tried jelqing and manual stretching periodically, but I didn’t enjoy either and didn’t stick at them very long; so pumping has been the main, maybe only, contributer to my girth gains. Nothing special in there, maybe I always had that growth potential in me. Currently I am also using and extender in an attempt to gain more length.
