Pumping time that you started to gain from
I’m just curious of what the average time was that people started to gain outside the pump. So for me, I haven’t gained anything outside as of yet but I’m only at 2 sets of 10 mins and a set of 5 mins. Im moving it up slowly each week by one minute because last time I ended up injuring myself for a bit and I don’t want that to happen again. I have however managed to reach an 18.2cm mark on my tube and my girth feels a bit more girthy sometimes, but not enough for me to want to measure and put myself down like I have done before which is veeery annoying. Anyway, if someone wants to put a poll up on here then feel free to because I don’t know how to, but it would be interesting to clock some numbers imo.
P.S i have searched and yes there are a few threads but they are all quite old so I wanted to see how the newer guys are doing it or even how the longtime pumpers have switched up their routines.

01/02/2014 - NBPEL 16.5cm / BPEL 18.5cm / BPFSL 20.3cm / Girth12.5cm - 10 minute pump, 20 jelqs, 5 minute pump 20 jelqs ~2.5-3hg 1 on 2 off.
