Pumping with silicone sleeve

Hello,

Currently pumping on 4hg on 15minutes + 5 minutes total (5 mins rest in between) on a 2.25 inch diameter cylinder x 10 inches long. Currently BG = 15 cm, so the cylinder is quite large. To prevent the balls from being sucked into the tube I got a silicone sleeve online and put it over the rim.

Does this silicone sleeve change the suction on the penis at all?
